BDI’s Breakthrough Brunch program is a series of quarterly training and networking opportunities designed to provide unique insights and information to support small business success. Trainings are led by industry experts.

Each year, BDI and local sponsors host Business Development Week Workshops and Awards Luncheon for the Portland Metropolitan region. During the Week, advocacy groups and government partners join the local business community to celebrate local small businesses and the contributions they make to our local economy.

This year, we’re reimagining the tradition with a single signature event celebrating our 20th anniversary—the Brilliance Gala.

Leadership Recharge is a three-day, all-inclusive conference providing entrepreneurial and leadership training for established business owners and small business development practitioners seeking to take their business/organization to the next level.

This program brings together professionals from public and private sectors to advance inclusive workforce strategies, exchange best practices, address barriers faced by certified small businesses, and collaborate on policy and solutions.

The GO! Program provides underrepresented businesses new to government contracting with the tools necessary to learn the procurement processes and contracting requirements most agencies require.
